We have prime development lots that are site plan approved but require investment to service and get ready for build. Typically, the investment timeline is 1-2 years and the ROI varies on a project to project basis.

If you are the owner of land and are looking to develop it, we can help guide you through the process and work on proposing a development with the local city/township. Our in-house teams will check the zoning and municipal requirements for what can be built on your property and can help with the following:

  • Application
  • Propose concept plans for pre-consultation meetings with the city
  • Prepare engineering, and land development surveys
  • Prepare the application to the city
  • Development
  • Estimate servicing of the land, including roads and utilities
  • Install roadways
  • Install Hydro service
